Salt Lake City's Dragon Studios offers courses in:

  • the 108 Movement Yang "Old Frame" Form of Taijiquan (Romanized as T'ai Chi Ch'uan, or simply Tai Chi),
  • a soft system of Hatha Yoga,
  • a complete martial arts system (integrating Tai Chi applications and self-defense techniques),
  • and multiple meditation disciplines stemming from the Taoist, Zen, and Yoga traditions.

Courses in Tai Chi and Yoga are taught both separately and as an integrated system. Classes are currently taught either as private lessons or within a study group.
