Dragon Studios Courses
Tai Chi training is broken down into teaching the form itself, teaching form applications (through both applications practice and pushing hands training), and lessons in Tai Chi philosophy.
Our approach to Yoga involves teaching core Asanas (positions) and then building upon that core with optional Asana. Pranayama is taught with a core breathing technique and built upon with additional exercises.
The meditation that we teach is a combination of Taoist, Yogic, and Zen meditations.
Dragon Studios offers multiple course types. Courses not currently offered can be set up as private (individual or group) classes for those interested.
Students interested in gaining Taijiquan combat proficiency are encouraged to join and participate in one of our Dragon Studios Training Course study groups. This allows new students to interact and workout with advanced students. New students receive personal instruction in the Taijiquan form and Hatha Yoga postures at the study group. Contact us for more details about the Study group sessions.
