Dragon Studios is based in Salt Lake City Utah, with classes available to both Salt Lake and Utah County residents. Classes are currently taught either as private lessons or within a study group.

Dragon Studios offers courses in the 108 Movement Yang "Old Frame" Form of Taijiquan (Romanized as T'ai Chi Ch'uan, or simply Tai Chi), a soft system of Hatha Yoga, a complete martial arts system (integrating Tai Chi applications and self-defense techniques), and multiple meditation disciplines stemming from the Taoist, Zen, and Yoga traditions. Courses in Tai Chi and Yoga are taught both separately and as an integrated system.

Regular practice offers many personal benefits including: relaxation, concentration, fighting, stretching, and movement. You will also learn a great deal about yourself through this practice and will be re-introduced to many life aspects you probably have forgotten since your youth, such as balance, correct breathing, self-confidence, and blissfulness. The personal philosophy you'll develop will quickly find its place off of the mat, or out of the ring, and into your everyday life.
