Bear's Kwoon
Our current "open" study group classes are held at Sifu Rosenlof's private residence in his converted workout space, at 3974 South Lance Street in West Valley City, Utah. Despite certain restrictions, this gives our regular "open" study groups a "Kwoon" to consistently meet and workout safely in.

Red Butte Garden
Tai Chi is best in an outdoor setting, and in Salt Lake City there isn't a more beautiful outdoor setting than Red Butte Garden. Located at the top of Wakara Way, just east of the University of Utah, Red Butte Garden is the largest botanical garden in the Intermountain West that tests, displays, and interprets regional horticulture. Red Butte Garden features over 100 acres including display and natural gardens, walking paths and natural areas with hiking trails.
